Highlights

The presenter is long shares of Bottomline Technologies DE Inc (EPAY), an underappreciated payments company with a $1.9B market cap. The stock has been flat over the last two years while other payments companies have generated strong returns. Still, he is bullish on several of EPAY’s assets and believes while some of the growth may be tapped out, there should be an opportunity around pricing power. In the event that the stock price remains low, value could be added through activist intervention, which could lead to selling assets either together or in piecemeal.
