Highlights
Because of all the dislocation in the market over recent weeks, the presenter thinks investors have the chance to buy “one of the highest quality names in the materials sector – with a powerful event path - at just 12x expected 2016 earnings.” The $2.3 billion acquisition of Consorcio Comex de SA (Comex) will provide a meaningful boost to EPS, and this does not appear to be reflected in Street numbers. If the presenter’s earnings estimates are accurate, shares of PPG could be worth as much as $300 in 12-18 months.
