Highlights
The presenter is short shares of Iron Mountain (IRM), seeing long-term secular decline as a risk given the potential for the record storage and disposal business to be obviated by digitization and electronic record keeping. He believes the conversion of IRM into a REIT has helped obscure fundamental weakness and distracted investors from the proper metrics. By his calculations, IRM shares are more fairly valued at $10, down from $33 today.
