Highlights
The presenter is long shares of Jacobs Engineering Group (JEC), a technical professional services firm that provides construction services as well as scientific and specialty consultation to a broad range of clients globally. He believes that the company has successfully transformed its portfolio from a cyclical business to an acyclical business over the past two years, which is not reflected in its stock price. The company has an ~$12.6B market cap, and the stock is currently trading at ~$93 per share [14x on FY21 (ends on Sept 30, 2021) earnings consensus]. He expects the stock to rerate over time to at least a market multiple or better assuming his financial model of upward revisions to earnings estimates becomes more clear.
