Highlights
IAC/InteractiveCorp (IACI) is one of the presenter’s largest holdings. He believes the most recent quarter was extremely bullish for shareholders, and explained his thesis that the owner of Vimeo, Match.com, and a number of other businesses could be worth $100 per-share or more on a breakup or monetization of certain assets. Alternatively, shares could appreciate based on the market’s (and investors’) realization that the majority of IACI’s businesses can be bought for free at present levels and the company could have 50% of its market cap in cash on the balance sheet by 2015.
