Highlights

Computer Science Corporation’s (CSC) new management team, led by Mike Lawrie since early 2012, has made substantial progress turning the company around. Previously, the global IT consulting company was nearly run into the ground by a decentralized management structure that put revenue growth before profits. CSC’s margins compressed, cash flows were “abysmal,” and the company had to work through an SEC investigation into its accounting practices. Given his confidence in Lawrie and CSC’s cheap valuation, the presenter is long CSC and believes shares could appreciate ~50% from current levels.
