Highlights
After a 15-point drop to the mid-$30s to start the new year (2014), shares of GameStop (GME) have recovered to the low $40s. The stock has been quite volatile, and the presenter thinks an inflection point may be nearing. He is short at current levels and sees the benefits from the latest console upgrade cycle waning, as well as potential for increasing digital download activity (particularly for new video game releases) to have a negative impact on the company’s performance.
