Highlights
Shares of Comcast (CMCSA) appear to be attractively valued at ~$58. The stock has underperformed recently with the combined effect of “deal limbo” and investor focus on Time Warner Cable/ Charter having created a buying opportunity. The presenter is long the stock and likes the entry point at 8x 2015 EBITDA estimates. He sees substantial upside to CMCSA’s FCF as he forecasts flat capex looking out to 2017 - 2018, a point that sparked a debate among participants, and assuming his estimates are correct shares should trade up to $70 - $80 over the next 12-24 months.
