Highlights
Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies (WAB) is a niche supplier of products to the rail industry (both transit and freight). The presenter is short the stock at current levels and likes the risk/ reward setup with shares trading in the mid-$90s; he sees the entry point as attractive because upside risk should be minimal at 23x Street, and 26x his own forward earnings estimates. In addition, short interest is low - at around 1.5% - because the company's earnings power and growth prospects are misunderstood.
